What is BookMeLah?
BookMeLah is a cloud-based booking management system for service businesses like salons, clinics, barbershops, and independent professionals. It lets you manage appointments, staff schedules, payments, and customer communication from one dashboard.
How do I get started?
Simply sign up for a free 14-day trial at bookmelah.com/login. No credit card is required. Once you create an account, you can set up your business profile, add your services, and start accepting bookings immediately.
Do my customers need to create an account to book?
No. Customers can book appointments directly from your public booking page without creating an account. They just need to provide their name, email or phone number, and select their preferred time slot.
How much does BookMeLah cost?
We offer three plans: Indie (RM 29/month) for solo professionals, Salon (RM 59/month) for small teams, and Clinic (RM 99/month) for larger practices. All plans come with a 14-day free trial.
Can I accept payments through BookMeLah?
Yes. BookMeLah integrates with Stripe to accept pre-payment deposits or full payments at the time of booking. You can set the deposit amount as a fixed fee or percentage of the service price.
Does BookMeLah integrate with WhatsApp?
Yes. BookMeLah automatically sends booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellation notices via WhatsApp. This helps reduce no-shows and keeps your customers informed without any manual effort.
How does Google Calendar Sync work?
You can connect your Google Calendar to BookMeLah for two-way sync. When a customer books an appointment, it automatically appears in your Google Calendar. Blocked time in your calendar also reflects as unavailable in BookMeLah.
Can I manage multiple staff members?
Yes. Salon and Clinic plans support multiple staff members. You can set individual working hours, assign services to specific staff, manage time-off requests, and let customers choose their preferred provider.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. BookMeLah uses HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, and data at rest is encrypted. We follow industry best practices for security and privacy. Your customer data is never shared or sold.
Can I customise my booking page?
Clinic plan customers get custom branding options including their own logo, brand colours, and cover image. All plans get a dedicated booking page at bookmelah.com/your-business.
What if I need help?
Indie plan includes email support. Salon plan adds chat support. Clinic plan includes phone support and a dedicated account manager. We also have a comprehensive help centre with guides and tutorials.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime with no penalties. Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. You can also export your data before cancelling.
